100th anniversary of the company!

Organisation of anniversary events and company parties is a great advantage of event factory Krakow. So far we have organised fantastic event for Rafinery Trzebinia, in form of mass event and live concerts performed by famous polish artists. 100th anniversary of the company was celebrated. What is more, we took care of the great mass event for Zakłady Azotowe in Tarnów – Mościce, involving such great polish artists as Andrzej „Piasek” Piaseczny or Maanam and many more. The 80th anniversary of the company was celebrated. Franciscans Monastery was celebrating the 800th anniversary of the existence. Barlinek S. A. as a company celebrated the 35th anniversary of Deska Barlinecka and Barlinek city was celebrating the 735th anniversary of the existence and lately Bahlsen Lajkonik Snacks from Skawina. The global result gives 1760 years in total and we wish we could round this result, with a little help of our customers (clients).

During the outdoor social events the best performance was guaranteed and given by the band called Siwy Dym (White Smoke) with its charismatic leader Piotr Majerczyk. The whole catering was provided by Jan Kościuszko and his „Polskie Jadło” (Polish Food) team. Event was lead by one of the greatest rally pilots Łukasz Biega, who is also a great annoouncer with passion. All those nice elements made guests stay till the dawn. Company picnic started out 18th of Sep 2010 at 2 o’clock pm and was divided in two parts: during the first part all the guests could see wonderful flying creatures filled with helium – Groteska Theater Dragons. The youngests could take part in many interesting thematic activities. For a bit older kids there was a yellow land full of pneumatic structures excellent for relaxation: dragon, elephant, bungee run and a jumping castle. Eurobungee and driving simulators was available for older kids. Moreover there was a nursery school located at the event area where the youngest kids could play with the actors and animators of Groteska Theater. Everyone could make a unique henna tatoo. The most common pattern kids were choosing was the image of Lajkonik who personally appeared live during the event. Pair of actors dressed up in traditional Cracow uniforms accompanied him and altogether they were greeting the guests. At 5 pm Strong Man contest started out. Jarek Dymek and Sławek Toczek, european and polish champions, perfomred their master skills during the special show. All guests could admire such competitions as ‘scale of cry’, ‘farmer’s walk’ or drugging a truck all branded with Lajkonik Snacks colors. After 7 o’clock the party for the youngest was finished and the evening part for the adults started out. In the final part the guests could taste a piece of a massive anniversary cake with an image of Lajkonik, made specially for this occasion and sing traditional polish Sto Lat (traditional polish birthday song) The fireworks show at the end was fired personally by Mr. Rainer Kuester, the chairman of Bahlsen Lajkonik Snacks accompanied by Mr. Adam Najder, the mayor of Skawina and Mrs. Emilia Łukowicz, the director of the company.

Outdoor social event organisation invloves an apropriate and suitable technical infrastructure. To protect yourself from the bad weather condition a hall tent is a must. During the event in Skawina there was a tent in size of 30m x 20m located at the playing field. Inside the tent there was 80 popular Bavarian tables and banches sets. There was also top covered stage with a profesionall stage lightning and line array sound system, independent sound system at the tent and the Strong Man Competition area. Crowd barriers (heavy and light), proffesional security agency. Event Factory also took care of visual aspects of this event. On the Layher scaffold towers there was a special anniversary diagram, in form of a large overprint which was covering the part of a sound system net. The other branding such as rollups, banners was placed. The agency also provided comprehensive logistics of the event. 5 low floor buses and 10 mini buses were taking guests from and getting them to the places located even 50 km far from Skawina. Event factory also provided the power system in form of power generators. This kind of events are no more qualified as the mass events. Amended act on the safety of mass events (est. 20th of March 2009) exclude organisation of the company events by the employer for the employees out of this act.
